Have you ever wake up on a weekend morning but just don't feel like doing anything at all? Not the type that you actually enjoying the morning by lying lazily on your cosy bed, but the type that you painted the world so bleak eventhough the birds are chirping gayly as usual?
The breakfast doesn't taste nice. The family companion seem unexciting. You don't know what to expect. There is nothing encouraging in your mailbox either. The internet seems slower than usual. Everything just don't feel right. And somehow...you have no idea why...
I don't like this feeling...how to get rid of this?

take time off and go for a yoga retreat. ;)
Try some mood elevating music, or go to that place you've always thought 'How nice if I eat/read/shop/browse/sing here again once in a while'
If not, get someone to chat and tell you knock-knock jokes while giving you a heads-up or massage XD
It's all about helping yourself feel good again, not apoptosis :P

@byronmc: Feel better now after a cup of tea with friend...you have a great week ahead too! :)
Exercise could help. Music could help. But I know that feeling, where you're so uninspired that you don't even bother to turn on the music. It'll go away, hopefully.
@Legolas: For me having a good chat with some nice companion in a cosy place works wonder..feel better now. Thanks! As for your latest post, I guess similar method work well for aging gracefully - have a supportive social circle around you, whether family/close friends/spouse.
a good jog would certainly do the trick, or drive out for a nice breakie, well at least for me.
